This is the front cover to my book. I went with Lena Horne. I decided to go direct for the nightclub scene. I am going to use lettering similar to The Cotton Club. She began her career there. I will incoproate the floor similar to piano keys. I put the authors name (ME) in the tablecloth. I thought is was a cute touch.
Next will be the spine, it will have her name and a picture of her. I would like to make it similar to represent a billboard
